Cancellation or Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase at Fifth Force. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product or service we offer, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and cancellations.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Cancellation and Return Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Fifth Force, registered address: 67 Avenue South, Santoshpur, Kolkata, Pin – 700075
- Product refers to the items offered for sale or the Service offered on sale.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase a Product or Service from Us.
- Service refers to the courses on offer for sale.
- Website refers to Fifth Force, accessible from https://fifthforce.in/
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or
- other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the
- Service, as applicable.
Your Order Refund Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You purchased the Product or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered and the refund amount varies as per the below condition:
- 100% refund if the cancelation is requested within 24 hrs. from the time of purchase.
- 75% refund if the cancellation is requested after 24 hours but within 72 hours from the time of purchase.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is requested after 3 days from the date of purchase but within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- No refund if the cancellation is requested after 7 days from the date of purchase
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the Cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement, citing the reason. You can inform us of your decision by:

Conditions for Cancellations & Acceptance
In order for the Product to be eligible for a return or cancellation, please make sure that:
- The Product was purchased in the last 7 days
- The Product is in the original packaging
- If you are purchasing a live course, the duration of the course must be more
- than 7 days
The following Products cannot be returned:
- The supply of Product or course is made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned or damaged.
- If the course is already availed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Products may be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
